Growing and harvesting crops at home can happen beyond summer! Learn about what hardy plants will grow well into the fall and early winter. Some might even make a return next spring!

Learn about varieties of kale, chards, celery, parsley, arugula, peas and lettuces. In addition to enjoying a fresh, cold Untold, participants will take home some crops to plant!
