Ric started his musical life north of Boston in a suburban home filled with instruments and songs. Influenced by show tune-loving parents and a Berklee-trained older brother, Ric spent hours listening to the family’s diverse record collection, taking lessons on accordion, and noodling at his brother’s keyboards or the living room piano. In 1982, at the age of 15, he learned to play “Blackbird” on a borrowed Ovation guitar, sparking a lifelong interest in fingerstyle playing.

We are excited to have Bump n’ Brine at the Untold Brewing Plymouth Taproom for a special Valentine’s Day pop up from 1 pm to sell out.

Bump ’n Brine is owned and operated by Plymouth couple, Connor and Allie Doyle and grew out of a love for oysters and Allie’s creative vision, bringing the farm experience beyond the water and into the community.

Today, they offer raw bars for private events, our Japanese kei truck setup, hands-on shucking workshops, and seasonal oyster farm tours. You’ll find us at backyard gatherings, breweries, wineries, and wherever the oysters take us.
