Our Event

Join us with Pippa & Poe, an oyster raw bar and food service, for a special beer and oyster pairing event.

Your ticket includes a dozen oysters and accoutrements, such as their signature mignonettes, paired with three pours of Untold Brewing’s signature craft beers. Notepad for tasting notes, fun stickers, and bread or chips to eat with the oysters is also included.

Our Hosts

Founder Maureen Vaughan launched Pippa and Poe in 2020, at a time when restaurants were closed but the desire for interactive food experiences remained strong. Initially offering private events where guests could learn to shuck oysters with friends and family, Maureen aimed to bring people together to share the beauty and knowledge of oysters.

Pippa and Poe has continued to grow, serving events of all sizes where the team shares their expertise in a way that feels both effortless and visually stunning. Their team’s passion shines through as they create memorable experiences, combining backgrounds in marine biology and event production.
