What kind of beer do you serve?
The short answer is that we make the types of beers we like to drink. A longer (and less obvious) answer is we'll always have several year-round beers that we love making and, more importantly, love drinking again and again. This includes IPAs, pale ales, and some darker beers like stouts and porters. We also like to add some seasonal variety into the mix – light, citrusy, and sessionable beers in the spring and summer followed by complex malt-forward offerings in the fall and winter.

Do you take reservations?
During regular taproom hours there are no table reservations and all seating is first come, first serve. Because our taproom is a shared space, no decorations or large food items (chafing dishes, crock-pots, etc) are allowed and we ask that groups are always mindful of other guests. We do offer private event bookings on select evenings and if you’re interested in reserving the taproom for your private event please visit the following page for more details.
Do you serve food?
We don't prepare food on site but have a variety of offerings throughout the week! On select days, you can find charcuterie grazing boxes from local company Board 143 behind the bar. We have rotating food trucks and pop-ups on Saturdays in the taproom, and details on these can be found on social @untoldbrewing or our Events calendar. You can also bring in takeout or order delivery right to the taproom.
Are you dog friendly?
We are and have designated dog friendly areas if you want to bring in your pups! Dogs must be leashed at all times in the taproom and if your pet isn't great around people or other dogs, we kindly ask that you leave them at home. Woof!
Are you family friendly?
Although we are family friendly, for the safety of kids onsite and the enjoyment of other visitors all children MUST be with their parents/guardians at all times while in the taproom. If you're visiting without kids we do have an adults only seating area by the bar. At 7 pm, Untold Brewing becomes 21+, so please plan accordingly!
Do you have parking?
We have free parking onsite. If our lot is full, head to the Greenbush MBTA lot which is a 5 minute walk to the taproom.
Do you offer cider or gluten-free beers?
We don't have either option at this time due to the type of permit we hold and the process for making gluten-free beer. We do offer non-alcoholic options for those who are visiting and can't drink beer.
What is your growler policy?
We can only fill clean, blank, unmarked 64 oz brown glass growlers. We reserve the right to not fill a growler that does not meet these standards.
Oops! I started a tab with my credit card and forgot to close it out before I left! What do I do?
Never fear, we put all credit cards left at the end of the day in a secure spot. Give us a call at 781.378.0559 and we can get the card back to you. Please note that if you don’t pick up your card by closing time on the day you were in, we will close out your tab and add a 20% gratuity to the bill before charging the card.
Can I buy a keg from you?
We can't sell kegs directly to consumers BUT you can purchase 1/6 barrel kegs of select styles from your local liquor store! Give them a call and let them know you want to purchase a keg of Untold beer and the liquor store can work with you to provide details on available styles, pricing, and pickup dates.
