East by Northwest - IPA

East by Northwest is a nod to the Pacific Northwest where we learned to brew some *darn tasty beer* (at Georgetown Brewing in Seattle), and our East Coast home.

Bright and hoppy with notable pine character and prominent bitterness, this IPA has been with us since day one, and we’re proud to call it our flagship (fun fact: roughly 1/3 of all production at Untold is dedicated to East by Northwest). Hopped with Azacca, Chinook, Columbus, Mosaic, and Simcoe.
