Construction Update

“Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
-Ferris Bueller

We watched the whole thing take place, but it still feels like it happened overnight. We were there in October when we first broke ground, but here we are in April wondering how the past 7 months went by in the blink of an eye. First there was a foundation, then walls, and now we have a magnificent 5,000 square foot space that is just dying to become a full-fledged operating brewery. Amazing.

We have achieved so many milestones over the past few months that it’s hard to describe in a short blog. However, we’ve been keeping a photo journal of all the progress so please take a look below at our transformation, laid out month by month. Not pictured is the moment we received our federal license, but if that moment were captured it would probably look something like this.

During the coming months we’ll cross off other significant milestones from the sacred “to do” list such as installing our equipment, finishing the taproom, and – finally! – brewing beer. Many of you have been kind enough to check in and ask when we officially open, and our current projection is late summer/early fall 2017. We still have lots of exciting work to complete before we can open the taproom doors, but our goal is so close we can taste it (and it tastes like hops and barley).

Cheers!
